Reservations
- All rooms are based on double occupancy.
- No accommodation tax is charged since we are an intimate four bedroom Inn.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- All rooms include a gourmet breakfast in a formal setting served at a time that is convenient for our guests.
- Dietary requests are honored with prior notice. Be prepared to eat well!
- Payment preferred by cash or check. Companies can be billed for the business traveler. Fifty percent deposit required (paid in advance) to guarantee your room. Seventy-two hours notice of cancellation is
required for full refund.
- All rooms are dressed with bedding of 300 plus thread count and quality blankets. Top quality towels, soaps and shampoos are provided with care to cater to your every need.
- Central air and heat are in all rooms with a gas fireplace in the Royal Room, Rose Room, Living room and
Hospitality Room. The Hospitality Room is equipped with Digital Entertainment TV, high speed DSL for internet access, CD and DVD player available for guests.
- In our desire to pamper you, included in your room rate is an evening dessert with coffee, bottled water, juice or a glass of wine.

- We can accommodate late arrivals with prior arrangements.
- We can accommodate late check-outs with prior arrangements. Please note, unless prior arrangements
have been made, guests who have not checked out by 1:00 p.m. will be charged
with an additional one night charge.
- Any outside guests invited by our staying guests for breakfast must have made prior arrangements with host.
- For the health of all our guests, smoking is allowed only in outside designated areas.
- Sorry, our facilities are not equipped for pets.
- Valuables are the sole responsibility of the guests.
- No access for disabled persons.
INNhouse therapeutic massage available by a certified reflex therapist. Prior arrangements required. $40 for an hour of total, blissful relaxation.
